Refund & Service Policy
At Geek PC Rescue, we are committed to delivering high-quality technical support and digital services tailored to your daily IT needs. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to resolve your issues efficiently and effectively.
If we are unable to resolve any of your reported issues within the first 30 days of your active subscription, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to the terms below:
Refund Eligibility & Conditions:
- If no issues are resolved within the first 30 days of your subscription, Geek PC Rescue may issue a refund after deducting either $69.99 or 10% of the total amount charged—whichever is greater—as a minimum service and processing fee.
- If one or more issues have been successfully resolved, the subscription fee is considered non-refundable, as services have been rendered.
- In the case where some issues are resolved and others are not, we will evaluate the number of resolved cases and calculate the appropriate service fee. A partial refund may be issued for unresolved cases, at our sole discretion.
Discretionary Refunds:
Geek PC Rescue reserves the right to issue refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the issues, service time invested, and resolution attempts. Any such refund is entirely at our discretion and may involve deductions for services already rendered.

By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that troubleshooting, diagnostics, and remote IT support are time- and resource-intensive. Our team invests significant effort into resolving issues, even if some may remain unresolved due to system limitations or third-party constraints.
